Hasso Plattner InsituteThe Hasso Plattner Institute, as the Digital Engineering Faculty of the University of Potsdam, offers a unique ecosystem for digital health entrepreneurship through the synergy of two institutes - the Digital Health Cluster and the School of Entrepreneurship (HPI Engine) - as well as its own venture fund (HPI Ventures).As Program Strategist for Digital Health Entrepreneurship, it is my job to establish various digital health startup programs, to coach student teams for a possible foundation of a startup and to bring know-how and opportunities into the ecosystem through external partnerships.
Research / LecturerI teach need-driven healthcare innovation based on the Stanford Biodesign principle and am interested in: Digital Health, Digital Therapeutics, JITAI's, Health Equity, Innovation / EntrepreneurshipI am happy to supervise bachelor's and master's theses in these areas.
Startup CoachingAs part of my work at HPI, I scout for suitable startups for HPI Ventures, can help with introductions to external VCs / angels and, above all, ensure that the startups I coach have a medically valid value proposition.
